Nineteen leading tech firms have created an information-sharing conglomerate aimed at countering the growing number of electronic attacks on U.S. companies. The information technology sector on Tuesday became the third area of the economy to create its own "Information Sharing and Analysis Center" (ISAC). This follows in the footsteps of similar centers for financial services and telecommunications that were created in the last few years.
