 Problem Description:

 This update fixes three issues with the openchrome driver for VIA
 video cards.
 
 - Fix a segmentation fault when using the EXA acceleration
 architecture.
 - Fix a segmentation fault on hardware that do not support Xv.
 - Improve EXA performance on a fallback case.
