Fedora 28: fftw Security Update
Summary
FFTW is a C subroutine library for computing the Discrete Fourier
Transform (DFT) in one or more dimensions, of both real and complex
data, and of arbitrary input size.
Regenerate autoconf files using current tools so proper build flags from redhat-rpm-config are used. This applies hardened LDFLAGS. No functional change
intended.
