Mandrake Correct issues with scaled bitmap fonts by properly installing fontconfig.properties and requires a default font (bug #55005).

 Problem Description:

 Correct issues with scaled bitmap fonts by properly installing
 fontconfig.properties and requires a default font (bug #55005).
