Thankfully, you can help avoid it reaching your client by using the power of Postfix to run your mail. Sendmail, Qmail and others provide mail, sure, but limiting false positives, avoiding server overloads, and establishing a good defense is just plain better with Postfix.

I found both equally good, just that sendmail is notably more of a challenge to setup with comparison to postfix.
In short, use what is recommended with your distribution and you will be fine. Neither are better from what I have seen, but the configuration is as different as night and day. |
