Summary     : User-friendly text console file manager and visual shell.
Description :
Midnight Commander is a visual shell much like a file manager, only
with many more features. It is a text mode application, but it also
includes mouse support. Midnight Commander's best features are its
ability to FTP, view tar and zip files, and to poke into RPMs for
specific files.

- update from CVS
- don't reread panel contents while in panelized mode (#188438)
- fix the free space widget patch: stat()s filesystem less
  frequently, display correct info in all circumstances
- move the free space widget to the bottom of the main panel
  and don't use highlighting
- apply UTF-8 fixes from Vladimir Nadvornik
- drop .fish-upload patch, applied upstream
