The evolution-data-server package provides a unified backend for programs that work with contacts, tasks, and calendar information.

It was originally developed for Evolution (hence the name), but is now used by other packages.

- Add -Werror-implicit-function-declaration to CFLAGS during make (but not 
  during configure), to avoid 64-bit issues and add patch to fix these where 
  they occur, also patching libdb Makefile.in to avoid this breaking the build
  (all of this is patch 103)
