Fedora UMB-scheme package conflicts with the SLIB package by instalation of /usr/share/info/slib.info.gz. This update fixes the issue.

UMB-scheme package conflicts with the SLIB package by
instalation of /usr/share/info/slib.info.gz.

This update fixes the issue.
