Description :
The netpbm package contains a library of functions that support
programs for handling various graphics file formats, including .pbm
(portable bitmaps), .pgm (portable graymaps), .pnm (portable anymaps),
.ppm (portable pixmaps), and others.

- regenerate man pages
- sync .security, .security2, .gcc4 patches
- drop upstreamed .pngtopnm, .badlink, .pnmcolormap patches
- create symlink pnmtopnm -> pamtopnm, this works now in
  netpbm-10.28 (#161436)
- fix buffer overflow in pbmtolj (#163596)
