Mandrake: 'zope' vulnerability  26 February 2001 
A new Hotfix for Zope has been released that fixes a very important security issue that affects all versions of Zope prior to and including 2.3.1b1.
Mandrake: 'sudo' buffer overflow  26 February 2001 
A buffer overflow exists in the sudo program which could be used by an attacker to obtain higher privileges.
Mandrake: 'CUPS' update  22 February 2001 
A number of problems were found by the SuSE security team recently during an internal audit of the CUPS printing package.
Mandrake: 'vixie-cron' buffer overflow  21 February 2001 
A buffer overflow exists in the 'crontab' command if it was called by a user with a username longer than 20 characters.

The ProFTPD FTP server has problems with memory leaking that could be used in a DoS attack, as reported by Wojciech Purczynski.
Mandrake: 'cups' DoS  01 February 2001 
A problem exists in all versions of CUPS prior to 1.1.5 with the httpGets() function.
Mandrake: 'xemacs' vulnerability  01 February 2001 
Previous versions of XEmacs had a problem with the gnuserv application. Versions prior to 21.1.14 could allow arbitrary code to be executed by overrunning the magic cookie buffer.
